Indiana Simulcast Dispute |
At the request of Indiana Downs, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission is considering removing all Kentucky Thoroughbred simulcast signals from the state of Indiana. The Commission next meets on this issue April 21. Luckyisasluckydoes led the entire mile to win the $200,000 Dan Patch Invitational Pace at Hoosier Park Saturday, April 10. With driver Mike Saftic, the duo paced to victory in a time of 1:50. The win was the five-year-old's fifth straight victory. Luckyisasluckydoes increased his bankroll to over $642,000 in front of a crowd of 6,178 patrons.

Foxy Maneuver with owner, trainer, and driver Don Eash will try against the nation's top older pacers Monday, April 19 in the $85,000 Pacing Classic at Dover Downs. The Armbro Maneuver son starts from post position seven. 2004 Dan Patch winner, Luckyisasluckydoes, will also be in the field from post position four with driver Mike Saftic.
